About BuildServ

BuildSERV was founded in 2000 to provide builders with simple and easy-to-use resources to collect and deliver critical information to their homebuyers. The company has grown into an impressive team of experienced professionals from the housing, manufacturing and information technology industries.

The company is led by Brad Brickman, who earned his bachelor's degree in economics and biology from Denison University in Granville, Ohio. He advanced his knowledge and network in the housing industry by earning his Certified Graduate Associate (CGA) designation from the National Association of Home Builders in 2007. The BuildServ team serves a national list of homebuilding clients by improving operating efficiencies, reducing warranty exposure and building quality homeowner relationships.
